About Our Showroom

Where is the Gharbanaye showroom located?

Our showroom is located at A-9, A-20, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027, near the Rajouri Garden Metro Station (Blue & Pink Line). It is easily accessible by metro, bus, and road.

What are your showroom hours?

We are open Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 7:45 PM. We are closed every Wednesday. No prior appointment is needed — just walk in.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No appointment is needed for a general showroom visit. However, if you would like dedicated attention from one of our design consultants, we recommend booking an appointment via WhatsApp so we can prepare for your visit.

Do you have multiple showroom locations?

Currently our main showroom is at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. We are expanding — please contact us or follow our social media for updates on new locations.

Which brands do you carry?

We are authorized dealers of Kohler, Jaquar, Gadott, Grundfos, Jayna, Nirali, Hekken, Chilly, Kayean, Bosch, and Lingel — among others. All products are genuine with full manufacturer warranty.

What products do you sell?

We offer a complete range of bathroom solutions including water closets & toilets, wash basins, faucets & mixers, showers & bath fittings, bathtubs, bathroom accessories, tiles, vanity units, and plumbing & piping.

What is your price range?

We carry products across three ranges to suit every budget:

  • Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 — for standard homes and renovation projects
  • Premium: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 — for quality upgrades and mid-luxury homes
  • Luxury: ₹1,00,000+ — for villas, hotels, and luxury apartments

Are the products genuine and under warranty?

Yes, absolutely. As authorized dealers for all brands we carry, every product comes with the full official manufacturer warranty. You receive a genuine warranty card at the time of purchase.

Can I see the products in person before buying?

Yes — that is exactly what our showroom is for. We have live displays of products from all major brands so you can see, touch, and compare before making a decision. Visit us at Rajouri Garden anytime during showroom hours.

Do you offer bathroom design consultation?

Yes. Our experienced consultants offer free bathroom design consultation to help you choose products that match your space, style, and budget. You can visit the showroom or contact us via WhatsApp to get started.

Do you provide installation services?

We provide installation guidance and can recommend trusted installation partners in Delhi NCR. Please speak to our team at the showroom or contact us for more information.

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes. Our commitment to you does not end at purchase. We offer after-sales support including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for select products. Contact us on +91 98188 62526 for any post-purchase queries.

Do you deliver products to my home?

Yes, we can arrange delivery of purchased products. Delivery availability and charges depend on the product size, quantity, and your location. Please discuss this with our team at the time of purchase.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Absolutely. We regularly work with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors across Delhi NCR. We offer professional pricing and dedicated support for trade customers. Please visit us or call to discuss your project requirements.


Buying & Payment

Can I get a price quote before visiting?

Yes. Share your requirements with us via WhatsApp or the Contact form and we will send you a quotation. For accurate pricing on a full bathroom project, a showroom visit is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cheque payments. Please contact us to confirm payment options for your specific purchase.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have any concerns. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly with the brand.
